Pensacola Eviction & Unlawful Detainer Representation

Pensacola Evictions provides straightforward legal representation for residential and commercial landlords and property owners in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, including eviction and unlawful detainer matters.

Whether your tenant has stopped paying rent, violated the lease, or remained in the property after the tenancy has ended, the eviction process begins with getting the notice and procedure right. A defective notice or other procedural mistake can delay the case and increase the landlord's cost.

If the person occupying the property is not a tenant, an unlawful detainer action may instead be the appropriate procedure for recovering possession.

John B. Trawick, PLLC helps landlords navigate the process from the initial notice through recovery of possession.

Clear Fees. Practical Advice. Efficient Eviction Representation.

For a standard uncontested residential eviction, the attorney fee is $950 plus costs.

If you have already served the tenant with a notice, send us the lease and the notice. We can review them to determine whether the matter appears ready to file.

If you have not yet served a notice—or if you are unsure whether the notice is correct—we can review the lease and prepare the appropriate residential eviction notice for a $300 flat attorney fee. If you later retain us for the standard eviction arising from that notice, the $300 is credited toward the $950 eviction fee.
